Exmoor Landscapes

The painting, “Untouchable Horizons” won the Ilminster Open in 2023, https://www.ilminsterartscentre.com/ This part of Exmoor continues to be an inspiration for much of my work. I am fascinated by the boundaries which exist between the wild untamed moor at my feet and the farmed land beyond. The gentle horizons, every changing light and weather are themes I keep on re-visiiting. I have cycled across Exmoor a couple of times from Barnstaple on the North coast to Dulverton and know it be an extensive area. There is so much more to explore.
